I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma-based challenges, dissociation, identity exploration, acculturation and attachment-needs in relationships. Many of my clients hold LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC identities and are processing the impacts of systemic oppression, religious harm, immigration, intimate partner violence, and childhood abuse; seeking a space where they don’t have to explain the basics of who they are.
At this time, I do not accept insurance.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide superbills for possible reimbursement through your insurance plan. Many clients choose to self-pay for more privacy and flexibility in their therapy journey.
